We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the âfaceâ of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
>Manage Front Desk & all its activities such as Welcoming the Clients, Handling Visitors, Admin Function

>Meeting Arrangements To coordinate and make the necessary arrangement for the internal meeting.

>Ensure that no outsiders or unauthorized people are permitted inside without checking with the persons who they want to meet.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
