The responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: • Successful track record in Technical Recruitment and Team Management • Well versed with the US IT Staffing terminologies like W2, Corp-Corp, 1099 and visa types like H1b, EAD, GC, TN Permit & OPT/CPT. • Experience in recruiting for US State/Federal Clients • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches) • Short listing the resumes. • Should be able to recruit. • Experience in Portals like Dice, Monster, etc. • Timely reporting and maintain Recruitment metrics • Candidate willing to work night shift • Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written. Should possess technical and behavioral screening skills. • Possess superior time management and problem solving skills

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
