Skill Sets: Â· Strong Front end development working experience with HTML5.0 + CSS3.0 + Java Script & JS MVC Â· Hands-on experience in Angular JS / Bootstrap/ Responsive Web Design. Â· Node JS will be additional Â· Good Experience with high level Architecture/ Design Â· High proficiency manipulating JSON in the browser for rich SPA Single Page Apps Â· Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions for modern browsers Â· Advocate of front-end development standards, design patterns, best practices or guidelines Â· Experience and thoughtful opinions on building data-driven interfaces Â· Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions. Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
