Job Description
 A premium Real Estate company in Chennai is looking for Sales professionals.
 Immediate joining is expected to achieve the business plan for the next financial year.
 Professionals, who have handled Real Estate products, will have an added advantage.
 Candidates preferably from Southern Region would be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Premium Sales (Real Estate) Generating leads of prospective clients

 Lead conversions from leads shared by company .Generate leads through all possible BTL activities
 Advising clients on investment in Real Estate and providing end to end solutions for acquiring a property.
 Primarily responsible for initiating first level contact with existing and
prospective Customers.
 Execute call & email campaigns around upgrades, new product launch & legal compliance initiatives.
 Build pipeline of all opportunities through Leads and Campaigns. Update on a weekly basis.
 Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested. Sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach. - Product introduction of new releases.
 A go-getter with a passion for business development & Sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
