Job Designation : Customer Relationship Manager
Industry : Banking and Financial Services (BFSI); Social Enterprise
Location : Anand

Specific Responsibilities:

• Candidate should have background from Mortgages/Home Loan/ Business loan
• Control delinquency and manage collections for all the overdue clients
• Ensure regular follow up with the delinquent customers
• High level of customer engagement should be preferred.
• Knowledge of local market is mandatory
• Develop Communication/ Legal letters/ correspondence for the delinquent customers

Preferred Profile:

• Prior experience of Mortgages/Home loan/Business loan
• Prior experience in hard bucket collection
• NBFC or Banking collection experience
• Self-driven, Honest/Loyal/ creative and organized
• Good communication
• Self-motivated, willing to take initiatives and learn
• Ambitious, agile and result oriented
