• Sourcing and screening profiles as per client requirements from job portals, references and also through social networking, Mapping.
• Assist in various documentation activities, like preparation of JDs, Client Dossier, Mapping sheets, industry reports, candidate evaluation reports / profiles etc.
• Any other support needed as per the requirement. Desired Education, Skills and Experience:
• Person must have 60% + throughout the education history
• Logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, strong verbal and written skills.
• Zeal to work in HR field and recruitment.
• Has an eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.
• Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
