Roles & responsibility
Creation and maintenance of appropriate records, databases / systems of BAU (in particular the central documentation database). Ensuring that documentation information is accurately and promptly recorded for relevant counterparties including funds together with any required remediation of existing data.
Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationship.
Support and contribute to the ideas that will help functional heads in making a definitive improvement in choice of business and choice of customer.
Ensure superior client service is delivered at all times.
Work hand in hand with line manager to control issues identified in internal audit for closing the findings.
Candidates will interpret ISDA documents and CSA documents
Will fill metadata information
Will also help in deriving at margins which would be shared to the collateral teams

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
