Job Description:

The Key Responsibilities of the Incumbent:

  • Identify potential insurance advisors and recruit them in accordance with the business plan.

  • Have a team of highly productive advisors.

  • Set targets for advisors.

  • Meet sales target consistently.

  • Facilitate training, monitor the development, and give feedback to advisors regarding their performance.

  • Maintain daily activity and recruitment tracker.

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate - Any Stream.

  • Good academic record.

  • At least 2 years of Sales Experience in Finance companies / Banks/ Consumer Durables/Telecom Sector/ Top Advisors/Members of MDRT.

  • Should not have shifted jobs too frequently.

  • Fairly good command over English as well as local language.

  • Aggressive nature with an aptitude for sales.

  • Positive attitude, energetic.

  • Team managing experience is desired.

  • Good networking skills and ability to generate leads and recruit influential advisors.

  • The candidate should be localite of the city for which he is selected or should have worked in the location for a minimum of 3 yrs.
