- Learning and understanding a broad range of technology, products, and services and able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs.
- Building and generating leads through cold calling, scope and pitch to managerial level profiles of the IT departments from various organisations.
- Responsible for outbound calling maintain daily reports and trackers. - Schedule Business to business (B2B) meetings/calls with the potential customer and sales representatives. - Prospecting for new customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximizing lead generation. - Outbound calling to the identified number of customers and introduce them to the solutions and offerings. - Listen to customer needs and sell suitable solution/product. - Conduct appropriate researches and understand each prospect before making the call
Desired skills, experience & qualification:
• 1 to 3 years of outbound calling/inside sales experience • Must be from software and hardware sales back ground and experienced in selling IT products and solutions (Networking solutions, Data Centre solutions, Mobility solutions Wireless solutions, switches, hosting services etc) • Experience in channel coordination, inside sales, team leadership • Should have consultative selling experience. • Need to have excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal) • Self-starter with a high energy level & self Motivated who can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Dynamic presenter with the ability to sell IT products/services

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
