• Calling defined database. • Strong phone presence and experience calling 30 customer calls and ensure to fix 5 face-to-face meetings daily. • Research accounts, identify key players. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Work with customers to understand customer needs and requirements, and ensure a smooth sales process. • Routing/Assigning qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. • Daily report generation. • Co-ordinating with Lenovo & internal team on daily basis. • To attend periodical product training and updates. • Co-ordinating with Lenovo for pricing, bid filing, & submitting the quotation to the customer. • Rigorous follow up with the potential customer for fixing senior management meeting, and closures. • Daily updates on Social Media. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
