Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities (Business Development):
  • Creating new business opportunities for Contract Staffing, RPO & Permanent Staffing. 
  • Setting Hiring processes for the clients to complete their hiring needs.
  • Coordinating with recruitment team and client for timely delivery.
  • Ability to convince the client.
  • Get new leads/ requirements through various lead generation tools.
  • Follow up with the clients proactively and build continuous relationship.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and marketing teams.
  • Must be Social network savvy and well connected. 
  • Needs excellent knowledge in MS office, Reporting and Analytic skills, Should be a great communicator. 
  • Organizing events & Job Fairs.
  • Achieve the sales targets.
  • Maximise the revenue
Desired Profile: 
Male or Female
Experience at least 1year working in Manpower consultancy
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills 
Highly Organized
People person. 
Ability to talk (sensibly, clearly, authoritatively and smartly)
Strong negotiation Skills.
Fast Learner
