Job Description for Banca Channel --

  • Business Development through Bank Branch Walk ins & Bank database

  • Sales Support to Partner & enabling them to meet LI targets

  • Driving Retail Business with aligned to Central initiatives

  • Managing quality of business Processes: Issuances, renewals Collection and other business levers


Critical Competencies:

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Educate the Customer about the product

  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

  • Close the leads assigned by the call center team

  • Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer

  • Customer Servicing

  • Collection of Renewals

  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues

    CTC- Upto 3LPA + Incentives
