Position : HR Executive - Payroll and Time Keeping
Location : Mira Road
Salary : Upto 30k
Exp : min 1 - 3 years
Qlf : Any Graduate / PG / MBA
Weekly off : Sunday
• Smooth Systematic Process to ensure that Salary & wages are paid on the basis of attendance records.
• Joining Formalities – To ensure that proper joining formalities is done as per the process. Documents are verified & forms are filled required for statutory requirements.
• Taking attendance punching entry of the new employees.
• Maintain staff attendance record Daily/ Monthly.
• Preparing of salary sheet – Casual / Contractors
• Maintain Employee PF & ESI detail
• Making ID cards of the Employees.
• Making entry in the Employee data MIS maintenance.
• Forwarding the Loan & Advance application to the Director.
• Maintaining the Report of Loan & Advance month wise.
• Ensure the Time office security & Admin Activities
• Payroll processing, prepare the salary, attendance, leave record.
• Assisting Head HR in day to day activity.
• Processing the post recruitment activities.
• Prepare the Full & Final Settlements of resigned employees

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
