Job Description
We are looking for HR Executive/ IT Recruiter for Netsutra an IT company. ( Only female Candidate)

Job Description

Minimum 1 year experience in IT recruitment.

Good experience in Source, screen,evaluate candidates.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Review and understand technical job requirements.

Able to take care End to End Recruitment.

Follow up with candidates.

Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
Handle Joining & Exit formalities   
Payroll Management.

Salary : Not a constraint for deserving candidates

Experience :1-5 yrs

Project Manager

· Ability to handle more than one projects globally

· Should have experience in Planning project, Proposals, Client interaction, Team Building, Team Handling etc.

· Must get into coding / testing & clearance if required.

· Should have Strong understanding of Project flow

· Should be technically strong and should understand architecture / design very well

· Should have experience in Managing Client and Team.

· Should understand client’s requirement and be hands-on experience on estimation techniques with agile methodology.

· Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, N-Tier architecture

· Possess excellent problem solving capabilities

· Focus on Monitoring, Quality assurance and timely delivery

· Should have highly Innovative and posses good analytics skills

· Capable of picking up new technologies with a minimum learning

· Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.

· Project manager must be a good team player with Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Ability to articulate with people at all levels.

· Must have strong problem solving ability, the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals.

· Should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) & presentation skills.
