We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to help build a dedicated and passionate team who is committed and inspired to work with us. As a start-up, our team is our most powerful tool, and we want to have powerful minds. This person should have a keen interest in recruitment as this is our primary need. We need to build our team rapidly and you will be at the forefront of achieving this. This is a dynamic role, with enormous responsibility, and huge potential to get exposed to all aspects of the business, and therefore grow and diversify with us.

We expect you to be an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication skills, (both in Hindi & English) written and spoken. This role may challenge you, so we expect you to remain calm, empathetic and professional in demanding situations. Experience in HR / Recruitment is essential as we want you to help lay the foundation of the company from day one. You will help be responsible for establishing our HR policies and procedures from design to implementation. Your primary goal will be to source, motivate and inspire our team and help grow our business.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Be active in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, using recruitment portals/ companies, managing the hiring process.
• Shortlisting and screening of potential candidates for open positions.
• Taking interviews and sharing feedback and recommendations with management.
• Handling the induction of new employees and settling them in.
• Aligning employees with company goals and expectations.
• Design, implement and support HR initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to HR relation issues or employee concerns.
• Arrange regular training, development and motivational programmes.
• Assess the performance and behaviour of employees towards company objectives.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records including attendance, personal data, performance reviews etc.
Skillset Required
• Experience in HR / Recruitment is essential.
• Ability to source, screen and select the most suitable candidates.
• Good interviewing skills to assess if the candidate satisfies the company’s requirement.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Superb communication skills, written & spoken (English & Hindi).
• Excellent organisational skills and multitasking ability.
• Professional attitude and ability to stay calm and polite in tough situations.
• Assertiveness and confidence with the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
• Flexible and versatile as this role has huge potential to grow.

Commitment Required

• Minimum 1-2 years commitment as we intend to grow rapidly so there will be enormous potential to grow and diversify within the company.

Company Provisions

• Dynamic working environment with 6 days working (approx. timings 9:45am â€" 6:30pm).
• Company phone and laptop provided where required.
