The person will be working with Manager-Internal Audit. The responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. Preferable to have experience and knowledge of finance and non-finance processes and procedures. The audit associate is charged with reviewing the operations and compliance with policies and procedures.Job Responsibilities/ Duties: Determine scope of review in conjunction with the Audit Manager.Review the suitability of internal control design and procedures.Conduct data analysis of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.Looking into all the operational aspects of the business and work as a team to ensure that all issues are reported out accurately as per scheduled time.Determine the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the systems deployed.Determine compliance with policies and procedures.Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Prepare scenarios and reports in accordance with standards and requirements.Establish working relationships with peers and seniors. Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
