SERVICE MANAGER > 1) Provide Coaching and training to all the Service Advisors and
> Customer representatives with the goal of increased CSI performance &
> 2) Lead the implementation of new process i.e. training of advisors,
> resolving issues periodic evaluations and adjustments in process
> 3) Inspection of the vehicles regularly through advisors
> 4) Ensure customer concerns & complaints are handeled tactfully,
> promptly according to dealership's guidelines
> 5) Regularly greets customers and is available to assist in service,
> parts or sales departments

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
