Provide technical problem resolution to end-users (customers) by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms;
Guide users through step-by step solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner.
Providing Assistance via remote connection/ Internet/Chat/Tickets and Emails.
Gather customers information and determine the issue Follow standard processes and procedures;
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
