Job Description for Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager Handle the end to end operations of the allotted brand/s of super speciality segments- Neurology, Hematology, Critical Care Preparing annual and quarterly brand plans for the brand/s Devise develop & roll out appropriate innovative strategies for brand and market share building. Explore and carryout social media marketing initiatives Develop digital marketing programme & monitor implementation Contribute & assist in corporate communication & web design initiatives Drive and ensure the execution of the adopted strategies at the PAN India sales team level Budget management Conceptual and scientific inputs, literatures designing Campaign ideas for sales team motivation Customer relationship management activities and campaigns Field force training Planning and conducting cycle meetings External vendor management Qualification- A UG with science background preferably BSc or bachelors in pharmacy An MBA degree in marketing stream Experience in product management, preferably in speciality segments Exposure and experience in digital & social media marketing Skillset Required- Creative & conceptual skill Communication skills- verbal and email Excellent presentation skills Excel proficiency Time management Should be open for field work and travel INTERESTED CANDIDATE SHARE CV ON [HIDDEN TEXT]
