Meeting conversion/revenue targets on a daily basis.

Qualifications & Experience:
Under Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline.
Candidate should be at least B2 level in German Language

Working knowledge of windows operating systems.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German/Japanese Language.
Selling, negotiation & closing skills over the phone will be critical
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent telephone etiquettes.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
