• Min 15 + years of experience in service /maintenance of Power Electronics, Home Appliances, Commercial Kitchen Equipment or
Industrial products. Experience in Refrigeration products will be an added advantage.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction matrices through on-time delivery of spare parts & monitoring customer complaints & warranty
• Impressive demonstrable track record and skills/experience gained within a similar position at a similar level, strong leadership/team
management skills and experience.
• A Team Leader who is technically strong and can lead his team from the front on a PAN India basis.
• Enhanced AMC business.
• Understanding of the customer needs and a means to satisfy them.
• Very good Communication skills both verbal and written.
• Having pleasing personality
• Will be required to run part of service business as a profit center.
• Should be able to manage, motivate and technically guide his team and service associates spread on a Countrywide basis.
