Head of Debt Capital Market and Treasury reports to CFO and a key senior level position. The ideal candidate should have experience of 12 to 18 years in the relevant field and preferably should be a CA / MBA.
Relationship The candidate is required to nurture and expand the relationship, both new and existing, with the Financial Institutes, Credit rating agencies.
He should possess excellent interpersonal and team building skills orientation to managing and developing high quality talent within the organization.

Debt Capital Market
Efficient capital structures keeping in mind the extraction of free cash flows with minimum cash trap and tax leakages
Recommend comprehensive strategies to structure and raise debt capital; including making forecasts, managing funds and investments, and preparing periodic comparative financial reports for the senior management team
o To continually evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations accordingly
o Regular market update about the deals / structures happening in the market
Regular monitoring of cash flows with Vertical / Projects heads. Understand the requirement, questions them and should be duly captured in the Cash Flow projections.
To deploy surplus funds in effective manner
To review working capital limits on regular basis
To evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies
Will have regular interaction with the Top Management and Board of Directors, updating them regarding the Cash Flow, debt management and capital planning.
Is required to be in regular touch with the other stakeholders like Financial Institutions, Credit rating agencies and understand their requirements and act accordingly.
