As an SEO Specialist, you will join our Digital Agency to fulfill ongoing SEO services for hotel websites. We’re looking for an exceptional individual who has advanced knowledge in organic search optimization, through executing both onsite and offsite initiatives.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive excellent SEO services by completing a number of tasks defined by the SEO Manager along with identifying new opportunities for organic channel growth. You will report directly to the SEO Manager and your role will involve close collaboration with other members of the global Travel Tripper team to share ideas, problems, and solutions.
The right candidate for this role is constantly learning and takes the initiative to research current methodologies and best practices.Minimum Qualifications
Must have 2-3 years of experience with SEO, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Practice of advanced SEO theory and applied techniques (web ranking, link analysis, data analytics, etc).
Proven knowledge of HTML/CSS, basic server functions, and the definitions and SEO implications of advanced website.
Proven knowledge of website technologies such as CMS platforms preferred.
A working understanding of PPC, Display Media, Mobile, Social and Attribution.
Experience in the hotel, hospitality, and or travel verticals preferred.
Familiarity with SEO and analytics reporting platforms such as Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Analytics including tracking scripts, account audits, e-commerce capabilities and segmenting revenue channels.
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but willing to review experience and track record including successful SEO management and results.
Proven track-record of increasing traffic, improving brand and site visibility within major search engines for important keywords, increasing site authority through trusted and natural link building, and surpassing client conversion goals.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying goals and measurements.
Successfully manage client workflow and achieve on time delivery of projects and reports.
Expanding experience to encompass all points in the life cycle of a website: new site development, early / low-hanging fruit, mature SEO campaigns, and transitioning to new version of a site.
Able to effectively identify site issues and opportunities, and communicate and prioritize how to address them.
Knowledge of international SEO and optimizing for key target markets.
Experienced using tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs/Majestic.
What you will do
Plan, manage, and execute multiple SEO campaigns, which includes account setup, strategy development, organization, and management with minimal supervision.
Provide SEO expertise for keyword research, technical audits, server log-file analysis, reporting, backlink campaigns, conversion goals, on-page optimization, social media, local search, image and video optimization, digital asset optimization, rich snippets/Schema mark-up and mobile search.
Perform analysis on key performance indicators and make recommendations based on to-date performance.
Execute tactical and strategic deliverables around link building, content development, site analysis and other practices.
Attend monthly reviews with clients and lead SEO discussions, including updates of ongoing metrics and results, SEO best practices, strategy plans, and overall SEO recommendations and opportunities.
Help to manage online business listings for hotels across a variety of platforms, checking the accuracy and consistency of data.
Monitor trends on SEO best practices and techniques to ensure top website ranking and identify new opportunities.
