Job Description
We looking for Front Desk Executive 

Job Description

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.

• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone call while providing them appropriately.

• Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers.

• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).

• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings / appointments.

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.

• Handle stationary, maintain stock, and make record for the same.

• Collect all personal mobiles of employees during office hours.

Location: Ahmedabd (S.G Highway Nr. Iscon)

Salary: As per industry norms
