To monitor closely the HL data and cross sell insurance (HDFC Life and Non – Life), fixed deposits and other products as introduced by the company to home loan customers of HDFC Bank . To be completely aware of the products being offered by the company and understand competition offering and handle customer objections To ensure proper customer profiling on each call / customer visit, to identify and understand his/her needs and accordingly recommend investment and Insurance options .
Leads will be getting from the bank .
Looking graduates with minimum 6 months experience in banking / insurance - agency / direct / bancassurance sales .
CTC : 1.8 - 2.5 Lakhs per annum + incentives .

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
