Roles and responsibilities
Analyze data; monitor variances; identify trends; recommend actions to management
Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
Support the quarterly rolling forecast
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
Prepare monthly packs, dashboards and reporting on KPIs
Provide information to management by summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyzes, and recommendations
Work on adhoc projects / analyzes including User acceptance testing
Support transitioning new processes into Shared service center
Drive process improvement, automation to gain efficiency and effectiveness
Skills & qualifications
B.com/M.com/MBA finance/CWA/CA with 8+ years of experience
Thorough understanding of Accounting Principles
Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to analyze, interpret data and resolve complex problems with attention to detail
Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic with a proactive, positive, can-do attitude
Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership
Strong cooperative skills in a global matrix organization with personal and cultural diversity

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
