Job Description

• Job Purpose

• The primary purpose of the role is to support and manage various enabling activities such as SLA creation, updation and changes, Invoicing and related queries and Reconciliation & Query Management for various contracts for which services are being delivered by Product Lifecycle Services domain of NBS to various other business units of Novartis (internally). Many of these activities are currently being managed by Regional Account Management team which is heavily involved in internally selling and marketing PLS services and moving these important but operational tasks from their role to the specialized resources will ensure managing these tasks in a standard manner along-with freeing up time of RADs which can further utilised in focusing in their core areas of strengths.

• Major Accountabilities

• SLA creation: Supporting SLA draft creation though the review and submissions will be the responsibility of the RADs.
• Address all queries on SLAs from the delivery teams.
• Creating and storing the PDF downloads of the SLAs and storage
• Invoice support: Handle all questions from customers and BPA teams
• Following up the country BPAs on invoice approvals, training on ICSI system, if needed
• Reconciliation between the invoice files /SLA phasing
• Client list management
• Respond to Ad hoc queries of customers from different regions and divisions wrt to SLAs and billing/invoicing 
 
• Impact on the organization:
• Smooth SLA and Invoicing process will result in better experience with customers and also ensure higher accounting and financial compliance 

• Education (minimum/desirable):
•  CA Fresher's or CA - Inter or MBA (Finance
 
• Experience:
Previous experience of working in a Accounting/Reporting process involving frequent communications with customers
0-4 years of prior working experience
• Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills

Technical/Professional Skills Needed:
• Good communication skills (proficiency in English both written and verbal)
• Previous experience with working with SharePoint and SAP tools
• Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools
