Job Description

Assist in day to day accounting and book keeping
Filing and documentation
Performing bank and other ledger reconciliations
Maintain fixed assets register and AR maintenance
Preparation of cash flows, processing staff claims and payments through cheques/DD, NEFT, RTGS including foreign remittances
Making sure that accounts/payments are compliant from tax perspective
Timely preparation and submission of statutory payments
Preparation and timely filing of TDS returns, service tax returns
Assist in audit and tax representations and co-ordinate with tax consultants
Assist in management reporting and budgeting Key Skills:Skills:
2-3 years’ experience in the field of tax administration and compliance a must
2-3 years’ experience of working in Finance / Accounts Department
Expertise in office automations tools like MS Office
Experience in Financial Systems like Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft Financials, Sun Systems or any other ERP
Good communication skills
