Female HR Generalist required for a Stock Broking Company in Mumbai in MUMBAI-http://www.bpwealth.com

Asst Manager level

MBA with 2-6yrs of generalist exp

Profile: HR (Generalist)

Person will be responsible for all the HR related activities.

• Recruitment Induction & On boarding

• Payroll and Salary related matters.

• Employee Relations and Employee Engagement

• HRIS (MIS)

• HR Initiatives & Engagement Trackers , Exit formalities

1) Recruitment

• Handling Sourcing of candidates through portals/ references,

• Interviewing and Short listing of candidates.

2) Payroll

• Looking after the attendance and leave management.

• Calculating PF, PT and TDS for the employees.

• Processing the salary for on role and off role employees.

• Preparation of salary slips for the staff.

3) Performance Appraisals

• Conducting performance evaluations of entire staff through various techniques.

4) Induction & On boarding

• Collecting documents and opening salary accounts with the bank)

• Conducting induction of the new recruits.

• Initiating reference checks if required.

5) Employee Engagement

• Holding various events and festival celebrations at the office.

• Understanding employee grievances and helping them resolve any issues at workplace.

6) HOD Meetings

• Conduct HOD meetings on a regular basis to discuss various issues in the organization.

7) Training & Development

• Conducting training programs for employees’ welfare.

8) Exit formalities

• Conducting exit interviews

• Initiating the PF and Pension withdrawal procedure.

• Processing FnF of the employees who have resigned.
