Follow up with sales person for the enquiries of the customers. • Negotiate rates from local Vendors for the enquiries received. • Keep track of shipment movement arrival & other custom clearance formalities. Need to update customer about the shipment status on time to time basis. • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily updates of cargo delivery, custom clearance , weekly work plans • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. . Co-ordination with operation team regarding ongoing shipments, have to synchronise services as per customers requirement and demand. Candidate should be aggressive, Good Looking with good communication skills. • Candidates with Knowledge of checklist filing & CHA software Like Live Impex will be an added advantage. Experience in Custom clearing agent house. • Typing Speed Minimum 35 Wpm • Knowledge of Microsoft office as well as email handling is required. Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
