S.P.E.E.D Consulting Private Limited Commenced Business in 1996 and headquartered in Bangalore, India and has it operations in Chennai and Hyderabad .Has expertise ranging across industries and functions, We Working for Leading MNC and Fortune 500 Companies for all level of Requirements.

Experience : 0-2 Yrs

Location : Egmore - Chennai (15 Minutes walkable distance from Egmore Railway Station)

* For Freshers First 3 months will be working as Intern, according to your performance your position will be confirmed.

Performance based Incentive Scheme

Job Description:

* Sourcing and Screening Through Profiles of Prospective Clients.
* Excellent exposure to the job portals
* Screening and Short listing of Profiles as Per the Clients Requirement.
* Sourcing the candidates through various job sites and references also job posting and bulk mailing.
* Screening CV's of the candidates applied for a post.
* Conducting preliminary screening to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation etc) collecting details like technology, employment, educational, project handled, CTC, ECTC & notice period etc.
* Scheduling interviews for the candidates (Personnel or Telecom) With the clients.
* Forwarding Potential Candidates to Client for Technical Discussions and follow-up.
* Follow up the Offered candidate till the date of joining.
* Maintaining daily Trackers, Weekly Trackers, Monthly Trackers i.e., Recruitment Trackers, Candidate Trackers, Database Trackers. Follow up the persons till end of the task.
* Understanding Various Technologies in the Market.
* Building And Maintaining database of Contacts And Resumes and Other info-Hire Craft.
* Getting the feedback from the clients.
* Giving the feedback to the candidates.

Qualification: MBA(HR), or equivalent degree, B.E/B.Tech or Equivalent degree

* Immediate joiner or short joiner is highly invited.
