We have a requirement for our clients for the position of Online Sales Counsellor

The role of the Online Sales Counsellor is among the most important roles.
As the first point of contact for students, you play a crucial role in guiding students.
As an educational counsellor you are expected to understand the need/requirement of the students on the call and accordingly suggest/offer products that would be beneficial to the student.
Contribute to the revenue of the organisation through the products that the students have been upgraded too by you.
Language required:- Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Oriya/Bengali/Kannada/Assami
- Btech Fresher
- Above 75% in 12th Std
- Btech with aggregate of 8 CGPA is must
- Candidates should be pass out in 2015,2016 or 2017.
- candidates with 0 -3 years of experience shall be considered
- Candidates should be ready to work for Sales profile
- CTC upto 20,000
- Candidates would be given a designation of Online Sales Counsellor
- Look for Candidates with excellent communication skills
1-Excellent communication skills ( English and Hindi)
3-Passionate about Sales
6-Open to Flexi shifts (Working any 9 hours between 10:00am to 21:00pm)
7-Open to Working on weekends (6 days working with work offs only on weekdays)
8-Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
