Candidate would be primarily responsible for bringing quality existing relationship,handling a select group of HNI clients, by providing them exceptional, specialized & individualized advice towards managing their Equities investment & trading portfolio, thereby achieving targeted revenue & client service norms.
Besides managing the Equities Investment & Trading portfolio of the existing & New clients, he/She will be also responsible for doing IP (investment products).
Dealing on behalf of clients.
Update client for order and trade on recorded line during market hour.
Maintain 0% dealing error.
Maintain active clients as per the defined norms.
Maintain daily unique outgoing client call.
Activate dormant clients.
Generate Non-broking revenue from existing clients.
Ensure resolution of clients query.
Ensure client meeting as per the defined norms.
Maintaining records of business on internal software.
Follow guidelines of Risk management and Settlement
Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines
