The Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) group is responsible for leading, delivering, and supporting enterprise integration solutions. As a part of EAI group, the EAI Solution Lead is accountable for the developing the Solution Design supporting Integration Projects. This candidate will be engaged from Ideation, Design, and Build oversight through production implementation. This candidate will demonstrate collaboration skills with internal and external teams, independent task management, and leadership to influence practices, processes, and procedures complementing EAI Delivery objectives.
Collaborate with IT and Business teams to ensure the applications are integrated successfully and enterprise services are established.
Lead project engagement to define integration objectives and requirements.
Familiarity in configuration and maintenance in ELK Stack
Design, document, develop and test integration services using ELK Stack.
The candidate needs to have strong knowledge of leveraged ELK stack for enterprise integrations.
Assist with operational and production support, being responsible for satisfactory resolution.
Design and code reviews with EAI Delivery resources
Provide EAI Delivery strategic Leadership
At least 5 years of total experience
2-5 years of experience in ELK systems development and/or administration
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills and a team player.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
