Female Graduate with minimum 2 to 3 Years of experience in Reception & Executive Assistant. Call-Transferring / conference call management. Client welcoming. Update day to day Inward / Outward courier sheet. Help employee with call billing software. Stock Maintain. Placing Order of- Stationary / House-keeping items / Medicines. Need to supervise housekeeping staff. Ticket, Cab, Hotel Bookings. Many others small admin related works. Pleasing Personality. Good Communication & Computer Skills.
