-To identify reasons for customer dissatisfaction
-To be constantly updated with the latest processes
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
and file documents
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
-Go the extra mile to engage customers
-Resolve customer complaints via Email / Chat
- Required Good Communication Skill (Written/Verbal)
- Flexible to work in rotational shift 24*7
- Required Basic Computer Skill
- An effective communicator, probably fluid with what he/she is speaking.
- Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.
Salary : 16K to 22.5K
Shift Time : Rotational (Night shift)
