Position : Distribution and Sales Executive
Gender: Male
Location: Delhi
Salary : Up to 8L
Qualification: Any graduate/ MBA Qualified

Job Responsibility :
Responsibilities Include:
Achieving established sales target in a given territory.
2. To control and monitor DBSMs.
3. Coordinating retail and wholesale.
4. Visiting the towns and distributors as per the PJP and itinerary & work in the retail and wholesale market.
5. Compilation of daily market reports.
6. Distributor servicing and management.
7. Territory records, cheque control, secondary sales data etc.
8. To analyze, implement and take actions on forum data.
9. Increasing the width and depth of coverage for company products.
10. Implementation of promotion schemes and other company policies and procedures.
11. Supervising, training and coaching the distributor salesmen.
12. Basic knowledge and understanding of how ROI is calculated of distributors.
13. Ensuring field disciplines in terms of monitoring and closing stocks.
