Keywords / Skills : Experience in Design and development of digital / analog boards consisting of linear circuits, high speed microprocessors, DDR Memories, latest generation FPGAs, high speed DAC/ADCs
- Design of Electronic circuits to meet the end specs of modules/ sub-systems including selection of components, keeping the latest technological trends in mind. - Coordinating with PCB/ Layout designers to create the PCB layout to meet the target requirements. - Coordinating with mechanical design for arriving at suitable mechanical accessories, enclosures, etc. - During the design, thermal management & EMI/EMC compliance also should be taken care off. - Testing of Assembled Modules/ Sub-systems and integration into full system - Attending to and resolving interface issues that may come up. - Generation of technical documents for manufacturing of the modules/ sub-systems development.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
