Job Description
We are hiring for our Domestic QA Operations Team.

Job Role: QA Specialist (Voice Audit)

Roles and Responsibilities:
o Audit and evaluate Customer service calls as per the QA guidelines
o Maintain accuracy and reliability of feedback provided


o Graduation is must.
o Min 1 year to Maximum 5 Years of BPO Voice Experience(Inbound Customer Service)
o Should be fluent in English, Hindi and any one of the following languages (Kannada, Oriya, Bengali, Gujarati)

Shift timing:

o Fixed Day Shift (9 AM - 6 PM)
o 5 Days work & 2 days week Off

Interview Date:

o 18-Sept-2017 & 19-Sept-2017 @ 03:00 PM
