Designation : Customer Relationship Executive

Report To : GM After sales

Job Description :

1) Responsible to update the 3rd day contact form during the 3rd day call and update it in the DMS

2) Responsible for update the 30th day contact form during the 30th day call and update it in the DMS.

3) To fill the CCCF in case of customer concerns.

4) Call the customer one day before the appointment to:
a) Confirm the customer arrival.
b) Update the DMS with appointment fixing details.
Inform Works Manager, the Parts In charge and SA by circulating the list of appointment customers coming to the dealership next day.

5) Updates the welcome board with names of the customer.

6) Prepare a list of appointment customers visiting the service centre next date.

7) Call all customers as per the Post Service Feedback call list after 3 day of service.

8) Update the DMS with the customer's feedback.

9) Escalates the Customer Concerns to concerned SA/ WM immediately Customer Concerns Captured in CCCF are being closed within 3 days and escalated to Works Manager/ G M of dealership / MNAL CCM.

10) Check and capture the details regarding the Satisfaction level of the customers within 3 days of their problems being addressed.

11) Responsible for "Dissatisfaction Recovery" for CAPs customers and TNS Internal Survey customers being carried out.

In all his assignments he has built strong well-knit teams. He has worked with Aptech the IT giant in training and consultancy in their corporate division marketing ISO 9000, Quality Management and B.P.R consultancy services. He has always been a highly motivated individual with a healthy foresight, entrepreneurial spirit and determination.
He has also by virtue of his profession mastered the subject of Body Language and face reading. He now heads Career Placements for the past nine years. His current clientele include various companies from the engineering, electronics, information technology, manufacturing, consultancy, BPO FMC's, and engineering industries.
