Job Description
• Should have minimum knowledge of content writing or reviewing(Social Media blog).

• Should be a graduate with basic of communication without any barrier.

• Should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .

• Excellent in written communication skills

• High on confidence

• Complex problem solving (identification, resolution)

• Passion to meet and exceed expectation

• Positive attitude

• Relevant experience in Call Centre; Service / Hospitality Industry; prior experience of direct Customer Care interactions in call centre is a must.


Salary : As per the industry standards.

Education Details: Should be a graduate

Experience: Fresher/ Experience up to 1-2 years.

Note: Experience candidates would be preferable.
