Candidate will be responsible for
Monitoring customer accounts, maintaining customer financial and credit data
Perform credit analysis and risk assessment for existing and new customers
Closely monitor developments related to regulatory, Industry, track external ratings changes, and prepare notes on the same
Analyzing financial information such as Balance Sheet, Income Statements and Cash Flow Statements
Solving disputed items and resolution of blocked orders, assist in collection activity
Liaising with the business sales team and customers for obtaining information required for credit reviews
Managing customer portfolio and credit exposure
Participate in process improvements, projects and support other management directives as prescribed
Provide timely reports/information to internal/external stakeholders. Networking with key stakeholders
Apply his/her technical knowledge to reduce manual intervention and automate the routine jobs
Education and Experience
Bachelor Degree in accounting /finance
Candidates with additional non-professional qualification (e.g., Diploma, certificate courses) in the following fields will be considered:Accounting/Finance and Receivables Collection
Additional qualification (e.g., Diploma, certificate courses) in the following fields will be added advantage: Accounting/Financial Analysis and Credit Risk Assessments
3 to 6 Years of work experience in credit/analysis of financial statements in BPO industry is desired
Must be able to read financial statements and be able to build credit models based on the requirements
Credit & Financial analysis background.
Strong Communication Skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers required.
Candidate should be flexible to work in shifts if required.
SAP ERP knowledge and experience is a must
Good MS Office experience (PowerPoint, Word, Excel tools)
