Write and produce presentations and press releases.
Provide information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.
Planning for New Product Launch and communication to market.
Analyze media coverage success and modify strategies based on results.
Monitor public opinion regarding our organization and on particular issues of interest to us.
Desired Candidates Profile: • Bachelor's or master's degree in public relations, journalism, communications or any other relevant degree • Excellent command over the English language • Brilliant written, verbal communication and presentation skills • Proficient in social media handling • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Willingness to plan strategies and execute them independently • Ability to handle crisis and shape the image of the organization" • Responsible for managing online digital marketing activities. Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
