JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sr. Customer Care Officer/Customer Care Officer You will be responsible for handling inbound calls for the customer service. Handling incoming customer calls/chat and emails. Soft skills including empathy, strong passion for customer service. Identifying customer needs. Resolving and answering questions and concerns.
2. Inbound technical Support Interface with customers for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like internet broadband, DTH or desktop, cable, modem, router, mobile handset etc. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Good English communication skills. Flexible with 24/7 Shift Timings. Under Graduate/Graduate freshers are eligible. Salary up to 26,000 take home & attractive Incentives amount.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
