We are looking for a Controller/Business Head to join our growing organization in Pune (India). The position is an integral member of the leadership team working closely with the CEO as consultative support & Sales for strategic and tactical business planning. The Controller /Business Head will also lead/provide financial planning, analysis, reporting, recommendations and forecasting; as well as mentoring and developing staff. Individual must be an experienced leader who will be involved in all Sales activities with own & team’s target. This individual will be part of the senior management team.
5 yrs of progressive management experience as a Controller /Business Director.
Ability to lead, mentor and direct all functions.
Ability to contribute to the Sales operations and should be on top of the sales target of the company.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to represent the company in the marketplace.
Strong computer/spreadsheet skills.
Experience with long range strategic planning.
Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or MBA in Marketing can be a plus.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
