Job Profile Coordination and comm. With clients as well as staff for follow ups w.r.t. collection, customer portal, Resolving customer querry in respect to accounts, Out Standing, NOC, BR, Registry, refund process, Shortfall, excess payments etc. Waive off approval for delay on payments and taking suggestions for Customers Queries.
Daily updation in ERP for tracking of dispatch letters i.e. reminders, demand, possession, precancellation, receipts, Contact nos., address and tagging with concern ledger.
Resolving customer querry in respect to accounts, Out Standing, NOC, BR, Registry, refund process, Shortfall, excess payments etc.
Coordination with Construction team on queries raised by the customer or informatons about readiness, additional work, initerior etc as per customer feedback and for revert to customer.
Preference Exp. in Real Estate.
