Job Description:

Responsible for answering, resolving and replying to Service Desk inquiries.
Adnanced aptitude in cloud based solutions
o Microsoft Office 365 support
o Microsoft Azure
o VMware vCloud Air
o AWS (Amazon Web Solutions)
o Google
Hands on Experience in O365 with additional experience in SharePoint and Windows 10 deployment and administration
Maintain ticketing system and knowledge database
Assist support staff with field work as needed.
This is a post sales position
Cloud Service Desk Technician Level 2 support is responsible for escalated calls from the service desk.
The Level 2 Tech is responsible for second response in answering, commenting and resolving open incidents at the Service Desk.
Meet resolution SLAs 99% of the time
Update tickets in a timely manner
Maintain technical certifications
List critical processes this individual will undertake to achieve targeted results.
Answer Calls within defined SLAs
Interact with team members to ensure timely resolution
Communicate in a professional and personable manner with clients and internal team members
Update all databases and tracking systems
Provide through turnover to on-coming shifts and receive turnover from previous shift in a documented fashion.
List key metrics that will measure and define success for this role.
Successful client engagements

Meaningful and accurate reporting
Accurate and professional documentation
Playbook Creation

Ability to read computer instruction manuals and comprehend directions therein in order to remedy level 2 issues.

Strong skills around
o Azure, AWS, Google or vCloud Air
o Azure Operational Insight
o Office 365 solution suite
o Azure Cloud storage
o Azure Site Recovery
o Azure Operational Insight and advanced monitoring
o Azure automation: scripting, batch files, powershell scripting ect.
Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013 and Active Directory administration
Experience in O365 with additional experience in SharePoint and Windows 10 deployment and administration
Current MSCE/MCITP preferred, MCITP in Messaging and/or Server preferred
Windows 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, and 2012 Server, including Standard and Enterprise editions required
3+ years experience in an mid-market or enterprise environment required (customer sets of 250 2,500 users)
5+ years of designing and implementing complex solution Cloud solutions
Will provide migrations and Hybrid migrations of products listed above
Interact with Sales, clients and Software Publishers
Configure ADFS in cloud
Integrate multiple domains into a single cloud based domain for Solutions above
Leverage tools like SkyKick, BitTitan, etc. to automate processes
Perform client assessments in support of Cloud design, implementations and on-going support
Provide fundamental security & isolation methodologies and features
