Experience in in civil and maintenance activity (4-6 years experience).
Experience in the engineering field & project execution for housing & infrastructure construction
good knowledge of the modern construction techniques used in housing & infrastructure work.
Familiar with CPM & PERT planning, Primavera, MS Project, estimating & costing tools
Sound knowledge of DSR (Delhi Schedule of rates), PAR(Plinth Area Rate), AOR (Analysis of rate) of CPWD.
Experience of quality control tests along with knowledge of design mix concrete and method of application, workability of concrete, use of plasticizer etc.
