• Setting direction for the organization, both operations as well as revenue-generating roles
• Facilitate coordination and execute excellence amongst key roles like Management, Events Management, Public Relations and Liaison
• Act as an accountable point of contact for the Management.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the Management and various functions to ensure that the Management is relieved of all routine tasks
• Direct the annual functional strategy of the Organisation
• Enhance profitability and increase revenue from existing and new streams.
• Oversee preparation of annual budget & ensure allocation of funds within budgetary constraints
• Lead and sign off on feasibility studies to explore new value-added services to boost their profitability
• Maintain and enhance the brand equity by acting as a representative at prominent forums and platforms
• Establish SOPs and ensure that day-to-day activities are being carried out in a cost-efficient manner
• Ensure streamlining of processes and efficient performance across all units.
• Lead the exploration of new, innovative revenue streams like sub-unit conferences & trainings in order to increase revenue
• Focus on cost efficiency and improved profitability.
• Lead the development of specialized training programmes at all levels in line with industry trends, market insights and the latest technology used world-wide
• Oversee performance reviews, capability building and monitoring of employee satisfaction to ensure high levels of efficiency and growth.
• Sign off on key internal matrices for service delivery in coordination with Operations Head.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory norms and oversee vendor relations and inventory management to minimize costs
Key Competencies Required:
• Knowledge of Managing industry associations
• Knowledge of the Real Estate industry trends, regulatory environment and market dynamics
• Strategic Orientation, Financial & Business Acumen, Interpersonal skills
• Overall 15-20 years of experience
• Preferably having around 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate industry & at least working at a Vice President / President level for the last 5 to 10 years.
