Sunrise is looking for Center Manager having minimum 4+ years experience in English Language /IELTS Training with excellent English Language skills for our Chandigarh Office.
Job Responsibilities: 1. Teaching IELTS, PTE and spoken English to the students. 2. Making teaching plans for the IELTS and PTE Program. 3. Managing the Faculty Members and their roosters along with classes and preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students. 4. Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises. 5. Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students. 6. Attend walk-ins and telephonic queries for IELTS and PTE. 7. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in IELTS and PTE Teaching. 8. Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
Key Skills: a) Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language (Punjabi and Hindi). b) Should know the IELTS and PTE system well and its exams. c) Good Presentation and Teaching Skills. d) Teaching certificate is preferable. e) An ability to communicate effectively with students and other candidates of all age groups and social backgrounds. Qualification: Graduate / Post-graduate

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
